Project and Real Estate
We advise clients and more particularly real estate owners, investors and lenders on real estate development, due diligence, acquisition, land use planning and structuring of real estate development projects, mixed use structuring, undertaking change of user, subdivision amalgamation & extension of leases and disposition of properties. We also specialize in regulatory review & compliance, real estate financing including REITS, debt & equity transactions.
Banking and Finance
We provide advisory to our clients on a full range of issues affecting the industry including structuring of financial products including syndicated facilities, secured lending, securities perfection and asset financing as well as undertaking legal due diligence on banking securities. In addition, we advise on finance regulatory compliance, including preparing security perfection templates for financial institutions, reviewing the codes of conduct, anti-money laundering, and privacy regulations, advisory on real estate financing transactions and Stock exchange listing or delisting of securities and other capital market transactions.
Intellectual Property
We assist our clients to develop, protect, promote and enforce their intellectual property rights through the registration of trademarks, patents, copyrights, industrial designs and utility models. In addition we advise our clients’ in relation to acquisition of rights as well as transactions involving licensing and the transfer of technology. We are also engaged in contentious aspects of intellectual property law including filing and defending trade mark opposition, expungement and infringement actions, copyright infringement and patent litigation.

We are registered company secretaries and provide company secretarial services to our clients including:- Incorporation and Legal Formalities; Drafting Shareholders’ Agreements, Share Sale and Purchase Agreements; Corporate Governance; Management and Administration; Shares and Share Capital; and Winding Up , Insolvency & Liquidation.
Employment and Immigration Law
We offer a wide range of services to our clients including drafting of employment contracts, setting up of dispute resolution framework, drafting internal policies, preparing compliance checklists for employers, providing advisory on specific labor and immigration laws, assisting in obtaining work and residence permits, and advising on termination of employment. In addition, we specialize in employee benefits and all types of employee share scheme and cash bonus arrangements.
Dispute Resolution
and Debt Collection
We offer specialized advisory to our clients with an aim of minimizing reputational and business risks with a keen emphasis on alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as negotiation, mediation and arbitration. In addition, we assist our clients in developing a dispute resolution framework for their organization. When required, we are able to assist our clients by representing them in Court. We also have a team of debt collectors who assist in debt recovery for our clients.
Estate Planning
We assist clients in the setting up and management of private trusts and provide a wide range of services including:- Advising on perpetuities and accumulations treasury management and trustees; Setting-up of private trusts, including the drafting and registration of constitutive documents; Drafting of wills; probate; Tax Advisory; and succession related disputes.
